The conference will be a get-together for some of the world's leading authorities in different fields of innovation. Below is a selection of speakers and performers.


Ashkan PouyaAshkan Pouya: A former world champion of martial arts, founder of several high-tech companies and listed by BON-Magazine as one of the ”Swedes that will Change the World”, and The weekly Swedish business magazine ”Veckans Affärer” ranked Ashkan Pouya among top 5 Swedish ”rulers” under age 40. This 34 year old is today the innovation director of Lund University.

Inger BjörkInger Björk: is the founder and Managing Director of Antidiabetic Food Center, a multidisciplinary research hub aiming at developing innovative and preventive food concepts addressing some of our time´s greatest threats to public health.

Amory B LovinsAmory Bloch Lovins: Chairman and Chief Scientist of the Rocky Mountain Institute. His first publication on energy policies came out 37 years ago, World energy strategies. Since then Lovins has briefed 19 heads of state and published 29 books and several hundred papers. His clients have included many Fortune 500 companies as well as the OECD and UN. In 2009 Time magazine named Lovins as one of the world's 100 most influential people.

Anand PatwardhanAnand Patwardhan: Professor in the Shailesh J Mehta School of Management at the Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay and in the executive Committee of Global Energy Assessment (IIASA).
Prof. Patwardhan works in the broad area of environment climate studies, focusing on the assessment of vulnerability and adaptation to climate change, and on the diffusion and adoption of clean technology. He has been a member of the Scientific and Technical Advisory Panel (STAP) of the Global Environment Facility and a coordinating lead author for the Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Anand is co-chair of the Scientific Steering Committee for the Global Carbon Project, and is a member of a core consultative group on climate change for the Indian government.

Nils BrünnerNils Brünner: MD, DMSc is a professor at the Royal Veterinary and Agriculture University, Copenhagen, Denmark and adjunct professor in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University, Washington DC. In pre-clinical and clinical research his focus is in finding marker proteins that can give oncologists a head start in the treatment of cancer. He was the first one to receive Cross-Border award from the Medicon Valley Alliance for his innovative cancer research and groundbreaking collaborations.
