Tamara Carleton
Tamara Carleton is a Fellow of the Foundation for Enterprise Development and was the first Fellow of the Bay Area Science and Innovation Consortium (BASIC). She recently completed her Ph.D. at Stanford University, studying processes of radical innovation. Her research topics include technology visions, innovation culture, regional innovation, and foresight strategy.
