For the last 15 years Susanna has been working with strategical and tactical innovation, mainly within the telecommunications industry at Telia, Ericsson and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications where she created and headed the innovation work and founded a triple helix reserach initiative, Mobile Heights, within the mobile communications and services space. Susanna is a Ph.D. candidate within Innovation Engineering at the Department of Design Sciences, Lund University and a sought after speaker and panelist. Together with John Kao, Susanna is one of the moderators of Innovation in Mind 2012.
