Guy Lafranchi

A leading innovator in design and architecture. Educated in Architecture at the ETH-Zürich, Diploma under Professor Flora Ruchat 1994. Worked on several projects in collaboration with the Atelier Ueli Schweizer, Bern. In private practice since 1995. Collaboration with Lebbeus Woods since 1995. Associate director of the RIEAeuropa since 1997. Co-founder of the RIEAeuropa.ch, Bern, Switzerland. Dean of the Bachelor Architecture Design Department at the University of Applied Sciences Berne Switzerland since 2006. Director of the GLAD Company since 2009. Guy Lafranchi has lectured and published internationally. Monographs on his work include Archonpoison (1999), Prisoners of Museum (2001), Urbanomad (2004), and Urbanomad Vol 2 (2006). His works have been exhibited at the Aedes Gallery Berlin. He lives and works in Bern, Switzerland.
